Minimum Requirements:
-Presentable and professional (male preferred)
-Fully bilingual in both Afrikaans & English a must (Full proficiency, verbal and written - Afr & Eng client base)
-Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must
-Minimum 5 years post admission experience in Commercial Litigation a must (Senior Level)
-Fully independently functional
-Good knowledge of Commercial Law and Court processes
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-Seeking long term career opportunity with firm
-Currently residing within daily commuting distance
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Handling of Commercial Litigation matters for law firm
-Drafting legal contracts, documents and client liaison
-General attorney duties
Salary: Negotiable depending on relevant experience
