Minimum Requirements:
-Young, well presented Afrikaans speaking female
-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
-LLB completed and recently/newly Admitted as an Attorney a must
-Experienced in drafting of cost accounts for legal matters preferred, but not essential (Training provided)
-Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
-Non smoker
-Computer literate
-Stable employment record and contactable references
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Drafting of cost accounts for legal matters (Litigation and Third Party Claims)
-Drafting of party & party, attorney & client and attorney and own client bills of costs
-Drafting, presenting and opposing of bills of costs
-Attend to taxation and opposes taxations
-Opposing bills of costs and settling bills of costs
-Calculation of legal fees
Salary: R 15 000.00 gross (depending on cost consulting experience)
